Getting started on quilting

After months, maybe almost a year of indecision,
yesterday I finally just went for it.
I'm using a light beige 50 wt Aurifil thread
and making loops in the background
and some designs in the stars.

I'm happy how this is going so far.
It's early days, but it feels good to be moving on it.

Deciding how to quilt is hard for me. I think you are doing a great job with this one.

The quilting looks beautiful. I love the swirls in the middle of the star. I also love the quilt design and the colours you have used. Wonderful!

It looks great! I know how that indecision can stop you for awhile. Good thing to dive in.

I know what it takes to decide on some quilts. I've taken some time off, coming back to try and stay balanced with my projects. This is lovely!

Your quilting looks great! Sometimes it's a leap of faith requiring bravery to actually start that process. I know I dawdle and worry too much over the quilting on most of the quilts that I quilt myself.
