I've been piecing Friendship Stars
cut with the Go! from my scraps.
This is destined to be a long and narrow couch quilt.
My colour scheme is red/green/brown/neutral
with scrappy bits thrown in.
Some are high contrast and others are low volume.
And yes, I know some of my stars spin the other way.
I've also thrown in some nine-patches.
I'm linking up with Lee at Freshly Pieced.

Love it and all the different colors.
I love it! I like to throw in other blocks now and then too, a fun quilt, not too serious.
love it!
It's awesome to make the most of your scraps with your GO! What fun!
Wonderful! I love the way some stars fade into the background and many don't. It's like they're twinkling!
Excellent plan!!!!!
Lovely results . . .
I like that the stars are spinning in different directions - fun! This is a fun quilt, and great to use up some of those scraps too.
Love, love, love this! The mix of scrpas and the movement makes this one-of-a- quilt so much fun to look at; well done!
Fun! I love how eclectic it is.
Love those stars!
Yes, some stars spin the other way. We don't hold that against them. They are individuals and individuals may vary... I learned that from watching "Dogs 101" a fun show about different breeds of dogs. Your quilt is lovely - and encourages the use of orphan blocks!
Hugs
