A perfect recipe

A retreat friend graciously cut a bit of her nesting dolls fabric for me
(here it is alongside the half metre cuts of Kaffes I bought).
I ddn't have a plan for it until yesterday

when this beauty came to live at my house,
courtesy of a sale at Urban Barn

I'm thinking I'm going to mix up a tea cozy
so those Russian dolls can live permanently in my kitchen.
Yummy!

Have always loved Matruska Dolls and have been wishing for some fabric with them on it, someday some of it will fall into my hands! Can hardly wait to see how your tea cozy turns out...

I am so nuts for those dolls. I bought a set when my oldest was 4, and had him wrap them and put them under the tree for me. haha ; ) Wanted them all my life.

Thank you for linking to TN&TN! Nice to meet you : )

Pretty fabrics. Love the doll fabric!! And I love your tea pot, too. I thought I was the only one who still used a tea cozy.
