My quilt blocks down under

Originally uploaded by CampFollowerBagLady
The bushfire quiltathon was held this weekend and I've spied five of my blocks in this quilt. What was amazing to me is how the idea of helping out people affected by the Australian bushfires with handmade quilts spread like.... wildfire on the web. Tia got thousands of wonky star blocks from quilters all over the world, and I think the final count was 70 or so finished quilts. Congrats to all of you who participated! Fyi: my blocks are: 2nd row, far right, 3rd row, middle, 4th row, 2nd and 4th blocks, and bottom row, 2nd. Click on the photo to get to the Bushfire photostream.
