lobsters again

Posted by PicasaThis is the whole busy, but beautiful top, inspired by the people over at Heartstrings. Does anyone think the lobster fabric is ugly enough to send to Bonnie at Quiltville? Tonya is organizing a housewarming party for her in the blogosphere.

I love the triangles that snuck their way into the strip quilt! Very nice.

I hardly think those lobsters qualify as ugly. I've seen much worse! (Bonnie would probably love to have them anyway though.)

Those lobsters are not ugly...they are creative. Yes, send them to Bonnie. She will use them. I like the quilt, too. Lots of movement. I love to look at scrap quilts and find fabric in them that I have in my stash. I feel connected to other quilters I don't even know. But we have a common thread. I did see some purple in there, right?

I love the lobsters! They're lively and charming. I think Bonnie would love to have some lobsters! And I love the string quilt - what a happy, cheerful quilt. It's sure to brighten someone's day. I think scrap quilts are the most fun - to make AND to use.
