More Christmas trees

I played with Kaffe prints for a little Christmas tree swap over at Modern 8 Create.
This one has liberated triangle trees, with lots of free motion paisleys.
It measures about  by 15 inches.

I went with symmetry in this one, using alternating Kaffe and white equilateral triangles.
I like how these prints adapt to becoming Christmas trees,
since I'm not a big fan of traditional Christmas prints.

Each of the trees has a beaded garland, and a beaded trunk.

These trees are so cute. I just may whip up a little mat for us.The Kaffe patterns are so right for these trees. I had started a made-fabric triangle tree when I realized it would work as the background for the liberated roses, so that tree got chopped up ;-).

Happy quilting!
