July finish #2

My rose bush is in bloom, and so are the roses on this lap blanket. These free-pieced roses are several years old, but I finally put them together with curved piecing and machine quilted them in spirals.
I used a fuchsia for the binding to break up the green and bring some colour to the edge.

Here it is again with some greenery around it. It measures 34 by 40.
