Liberated Amish quilt and a pot of tea!

I've finished the top for the Liberated Amish challenge, and now I have to decide how to complete the quilt. I'm leaning toward tieing it to a dark microfleece backing.
I was in a tea cozy making frenzy yesterday -- I got almost three done. This one, a belated Christmas gift, is pieced entirely from the scraps V at Bumblebeans sent me last November. I used bits of the two colourways of that bird print, and anything else that had orange or brown on it. The reverse is show on the top right, and the inside (it is reversible) is an old Nancy Crow scenery print gifted to me from my mother. Did I mention the recipient likes orange?

I think the Amish style quilt would look good tied.
I have a bit of that scenery print in my stash, given by a friend.

I'm in love with the Amish quilt, and I'll be right over for a cup of tea! What cute tea cozies! I ought to follow your example and whip up a few tea cozies this summer to give for gifts in December.

I like your tea cozies. I love the quilt you bought for your son. Your selvage needlecases are great, too.
