Another beautiful wedding quilt, still in progress. This one is made by my friend Terry for her niece Candice. It's called "Every Which Way" from Quiltmaker, July/August 2003, p.48-52. Terry was determined to use up scraps, but says this huge king sized top barely made a dent in her scrap basket. Isn't this top great? She's putting a white border around the whole thing, and then sending it out to be custom quilted.

Very nice! I do love a scrappy quilt. Isn't it amazing that the scrap bag always stays full no matter how many scrap quilts we make?
wahhhhhh - that's one on my list!! I wanted to get it done, but .... oh we all know! This is luscious, luscious, luscious!!!
What a great design to use scraps. It has so many different colors but repeated just enough to make it cohesive.
Oh. My. Goodness. This is incredible. Seriously stunning. Thank you for sharing and making my day a bit more beautiful!
HELP ME!!
I've stared at this for 15 minutes, and can't find the blocks / sashing. Just when I think I've found it ... it moves! Okay, it doesn't MOVE, but I see something connected where it shouldn't be if the block is what I thought it was. [I hope that makes sense].
This is a BEAUTIFUL quilt!
cheers,
Dionne
This is cute as all git out!
This is a Wonderful Quilt! How beautiful. . . . and inspiring. This just might be going on my list to do.
Amazing how those scraps are resistant to being used up! The level of mine never goes down, even if I haven't "fluffed" lately!
That is one gorgeous scrappy quilt!!
One day I'd like to make a quilt like this.....Terry has done a beautiful job with her scraps.
Really charming, and so much patience to sew all of those triangles
I like the colors she used in that beautiful scrap quilt. It is busy with all the colors, but it all plays together well. Wonderful pattern. Does it have a name? It is so scrumptious. The more I look at it, the more I drool!
Wonderful quilt! I also like the snowball nine-patch.
That is one awesome wedding gift to be!!! King-size... and you say it barely made a dint in her scraps!?! Yikes!
Beautiful!!! Wow!! What a gift!!!
Faint! I just passed right out from the beauty of this quilt. Wow!
WOW this is georgeous I love scrappy quilts - most of the quilts I make are scrappy 1 because I don't have huge budgets for quilting and 2 because I love the look of them!! nice work.
