Small finishes for a big cause

I had a small but vital finish this week--
this zippy bag for my friend Carol.

She was in town to receive an award from a local university
for donating a kidney to someone she doesn't know.
She believes in sharing her good health
and you can read more about her story here.
Her challenge to the rest of us:
sign your donor card,
give blood if you can,
and consider donating a kidney.

I used a Kaffe print on the back and as an accent on the front
because of the kidney-shaped designs on it.

Actually I made two bags, but I haven't yet gifted the one on the left.

I'm linking up with Amanda and Sarah.
