Beauty everywhere

These are the wall tiles in the women's washroom at the Mary Baker Eddy Library in Boston. Totally art deco, and beautiful. It was a lovely washroom, with glass counters and black dividers, but the mosaics were amazing. After I took pictures, all the other women in the washroom got out their cameras as well.
To quilty things: If you're in Winnipeg this weekend, head over to the quilt show put on by Mennonite Central Committee at Canadian Mennonite University. It runs noon to 9 p.m. today, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. I had a sneak peek and there's lots of variety. I've got my genealogy quilt in it, as well as the one posted below.
