Quilt as you Go

My first attempt at qayg on one of my oldest WIP.

I have four sections -- two with four blocks, two with six blocks. 

I'm doing straight line stitching with a walking foot, as well as free motion designs

 and I'm using up several metres of black prints on the back,

and I plan to join them by machine, then apply a bias tape over the seams.

 I'll show the back  soon.

We're having a snowy day here in Winnipeg and I'd rather be quilting than shoveling!
