Up cycling at the sewing machines

I've been making class samples for a beginning sewing class
for later this fall.
We're using donated materials,
including a bunch of fabric samples.
These small and large bags are made from
a line of exterior fabrics.

We're mostly doing bags, totes, pillows,
and accessories for electronic devices.

I'm off to buy some crushed walnut shells
and then I can make some rests for cellphones and tablets
out of this samosa shape.

Those are some really nice bags! The exterior fabric ought to make them nice and sturdy!
