While some of you are at QuiltCon
perusing the market for great new fabrics and gadgets,
I was at the grocery store picking out tissues.
I'd love to have any of these design in fabric.
And just in case you QuiltCon folks think it's crowded there
I had to elbow aside another shopper
sifting through the display looking for pretty packages.
Grocery shopping can be brutal!
And if you've read this far, you're probably not at
QuiltCon or a great retreat or class.
are you, like me, feeling just a bit jealous and left out?
Does it feel like everyone else is there and we're home?

Sigh, yes, it does feel that way. I, too, was looking for pretty tissue boxes at Target - suffice to say, you scored, I did not. :-)
Yes, it does feel that way. I'm having a little pout about it, actually, and feeling sad for myself. Oh well, I guess that means it's time to go sew something!

I'm at QuiltCon and reading your blog. Plus commenting. Save your Pennies for 2015. It will be even better then. Live vicariously through us. We are posting for friends who asked us. You don't have to spend a dime, but the cost is high.
yeah, left out. have to admit, I never really looked into it so didn't realize just how big it was going to be. sigh oh well, couldn't really afford to go anyway.
I am home, I an jealous, I am in the kleenex aisle too. But my problem is that MdGee HATES kleenex boxes. I come home about twice a week and find a box ripped to shreds somewhere........such a bad dog.
Not a bit sad. I've got time to relax and sew this weekend, rather than spend all day in a convention center!
I shoulda gone. It's fun to go to the first of anything. Will try to go next year. Will it be in Austn again?
Not there. Not jealous. Happier doing my own thing and watching the posts of others who are there.
