Nearly Wordless Wednesday

I've been playing with a windmill template and some solids to make a bright baby quilt.
This is the first layout, just to see if I have enough parts. I'm not sure if I like it.
I was trying to avoid having a light background for each set of coloured blades, but I think I need to pay more attention to value here.
